As of March, we decided to accept payments only via Paddle, a Worldwide trusted reseller located in UK (similar to Stripe), for the following of many reasons:
- 💳 With Paddle we can accept both credit cards & PayPal (later on Apple Pay too) in one single seamless integration
- 📠Paddle does all the invoicing & tax handling for us (no one likes to do them anyway)
- 🆓 Paddle makes it much easier for us to handle subscriptions (cancellations, refunds, changing ownership, granting free months etc)
With that being said, we're manually cancelling PayPal subscriptions created before March.
If your subscription was cancelled by us, it means that it was about to be renewed and we would like to handle your payments via Paddle from now on. All you need to do is go to the Plans & Pricing page and start a new subscription as shown below:
We have made sure that you won't lose any data or any money during the transition (we in fact will give you an extra 1 week grace period to start the new subscription). Simply make sure you re-pick the correct plan.
